On our first full day in Iceland, we awoke refreshed and ready to go (thanks in part to falling asleep at 6pm the night before).
In case you hadn’t heard, Icelandic horses aren’t like regular horses. So we naturally had to experience the difference for ourselves by riding them at the Laxnes horse farm.

Yep, I went to Iceland. In February. Was I crazy? Probably. Was it the right thing to do? Absolutely. Do I regret it? Not one bit.
Oh my goodness, St. Kitts. St. Kitts is an absolute dream. This was quite possibly my favorite of all the islands we went to. Rainforest, mountains, beaches… what’s not to love? And we got to experience it all on a 4×4 safari.
